This rich, delicate yet full bodied Earl Grey is given an innovative twist to the traditional recipe with bergamot and blue malva flowers. Our large leaf Ceylon is bright, brisk, and has coppery tones with subtle lemon notes at the back of the palate. It is light, refreshing, and is ideal for any time of the day.

You may infuse it for a little longer if you prefer to have a more robust fuller flavour. The infusion is a golden liquor which is crystal clear and best enjoyed with just a small squeeze of fresh lemon.

Ingredients: Whole black leaf, whole malva flowers and bergamot.
